1. Services

Apex Cleaning Perth (ABN 44 396 201 155) provides commercial and office cleaning, end of lease cleans, deep cleans and NDIS participant cleaning across the Perth CBD and inner metropolitan area, Western Australia. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a late-notice fee.

If a cancellation occurs once our cleaner is en route to, or has arrived at, the property, additional charges may apply to cover travel costs and staff time already committed to the booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or extreme weather, and will provide as much notice as possible.

3. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to items covered in our standard checklist.

4. Access to property

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property at the agreed time. If our cleaners cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Liability

Any claims for loss or damage arising from a service must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service being completed. Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the cost of that service.

6. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer and other methods agreed at booking. Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
